Exchanges

Annie Mayfield is happy to offer an exchange for a store credit only, unless an item is faulty or damaged. 

• Exchange must be within 14 days of purchase
• Store credit is valid for 12 months
• Goods must be in original condition; unworn with tags still attached
• Exchanges can be made in-store or by return post. Please note any associated delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Annie Mayfield will only offer a refund if an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us with any questions or queries.
